Returns Policy – X Frame Clothing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn
• Items must be unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original condition

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
